Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act Legislative Requirements Online Training  - Canada

This Online Occupational Health and Safety Course has been designed to help employers and other persons to be in compliance with the Industrial and Construction Act and Regulations, as set out by the Ministry of Labour. This course outlines the duties of all the people in the workplace.

By the end of this course participants will have a complete understanding of their responsibilities when acting as employer, contractor, subcontractor, supervisor, owner, supplier, licensee, officer of a corporation or as a worker.

• Duties of Employers,
• Duties of Supervisors,
• Duties of Constructors,
• Duties of Owners,
• Duties of Owners and Constructors Concerning Designated Substances,
• Duties of Suppliers,
• Duties of Licensees,
• Duties of Corporate Officers and Directors,
• Liability of Architects and Engineers,
• Duties of Workers

Once enrolled in the 2 hour  Occupational Health and Safety Legislative Requirements course you will have 3 months to successfully complete the course. If you do not complete the course in 3 months you will not receive a certificate for course completion.

All module quizzes require a score of 70 to proceed forward in the course. The final exam also requires a minimum score of 70 to receive a certificate of completion. The final exam may be taken three times if necessary.

You will be able to print a certificate upon the successful completion of this course.
